Acceptance

Using this website or confirming a written statement of work constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, discontinue use and do not commission services.

Services described

Pages describe professional review-sentiment analysis and visualisation engagements. Descriptions are informational. Binding scope, fees, and timelines appear only in a statement of work or email confirmation we issue.

Intellectual property

Site copy, layout, and sample visuals remain our property unless a statement of work assigns deliverables. Client review data and confidential materials remain the client’s. Deliverables licensed for internal business use are specified in the statement of work.

Client responsibilities

You confirm you have rights to share review exports and conversion event definitions. You must not submit unlawful content or personal data beyond what the engagement requires.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law of England and Wales, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use or from decisions made solely on informational materials. For commissioned work, liability caps and remedies are set in the statement of work. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable duties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (GB). Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised page. Continued site use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for site access. Active engagements follow the Terms referenced in their statement of work unless both parties agree otherwise.
