Refunds & cancellation
This policy applies to professional engagements with ValleyCore Content Ltd, including Sentiment-to-Conversion Audits, Review Theme Mapping, Stakeholder Visualisation Packs, and retainers described on this site.
Eligibility
Refunds relate to fees paid for engagements confirmed in a statement of work. Website browsing is free; there are no product shipments.
Timeframe to request
Write to hello@content-valleycore.click within 14 days of the event that grounds your request (cancellation, material scope failure, or billing error). Include your invoice number and engagement name.
Full refunds
A full refund of sums paid is available if:
- We cancel the engagement before substantive analysis begins, or
- We fail to deliver the agreed pack within the statement-of-work timeline for reasons solely within our control and no acceptable revised date is agreed
Partial refunds
If work has started (corpus cleaning, tagging, or chart drafting), fees for completed stages remain payable. Unused prepaid stages may be refunded proportionally as set out in the statement of work.
Non-refundable items
- Deposits once analyst time has been reserved and kick-off completed, except where we cancel
- Third-party costs we incur at your written request (e.g. couriered print proofs)
- Retainer months already delivered
Process
- Email hello@content-valleycore.click with “Refund” in the subject
- We confirm eligibility within five working days
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days of approval
Cancellation by you
Cancel in writing. If cancellation arrives before kick-off, deposits may be refunded minus a £150 administration charge. After kick-off, completed stages are billed; remaining prepaid unused stages may be credited or refunded as agreed in writing.
Rescheduling
One reschedule of a walkthrough or workshop day is free if requested at least five working days ahead. Later changes may incur a £200 diary fee.
Deposits & no-shows
Deposits secure diary time. Failure to attend a booked walkthrough without notice may forfeit the deposit for that session; the underlying analysis pack remains deliverable digitally.
Work already started & materials
Once tagging or charting has begun, that stage is chargeable. Printed poster runs produced at your request are non-returnable once printed.
